I saw you in my dream last night. You were doing relatively well, you could walk on your own and you weren’t too skinny. I think you could still remember all of us, too because you gave me a toothless smile. We were all over at your house, we were going to have dinner. But, we had just gotten news that one of our relatives in Hawaii had passed away and my dad was going to take you out there for the funeral. I watched you from the window as you walked across the street and my dad helped you into our van. I didn’t want you to go because I somehow knew that once you got there and saw him, you would leave us, too.

I miss you, Gung Gung. I think about you every day.
